My Services
The prices below are indicative of the rates I charge for particular types of work.
Often with photography the price is less about the time spent taking photos and more about the time taken to process, retouch, and prepare the images for display or download.
I would recommend dropping me a line to discuss your needs so that I can let you know what the price would be, staying on my email list will also keep you informed of any special discounts I offer on sessions or printing.

Printing Options
I use an award winning, fine art printer for all of my printing, mounting and framing as this enables me to ensure the highest quality images for your wall or display.
Prints are available as photographic ‘C-type’ prints or as ‘Giclée’ fine art prints.
Prints can be bonded to card or board in order to prevent bending.
(I recommend having prints bonded to card if you intend to frame them yourself.)
Photographic Prints
C-type photographic prints are created by exposing traditional photographic papers to ultra-high resolution RGB lasers that project the image pixel by pixel onto the light-sensitive, silver halide paper.
The papers are then developed in a controlled chemical process and are washed to remove any residue. This is pretty similar to printing in an old-fashioned dark room but with way more accuracy in terms of colour and sharpness.
There are four paper types available within the C-Type range:
Photographic Lustre prints - my favourite for colour images - are durable, quality prints on 234gsm Fujifilm paper that are ideal for professional photography prints. This finish has a great density for deep blacks and excellent colour saturation, making it suitable for portrait and commercial photography.
Another option is Photographic Gloss, which is printed on a 246gsm Fujifilm paper. It has a beautiful glossy finish that really catches the eye and presents bright colours and deep blacks. It works well for portraits and non-commercial images.
The newest print finish available in the Photographic range is the Velvet finish. This 247gsm Fujifilm paper has a deep matt finish that is perfectly suited to fine art photography, weddings and portraiture. It’s my favorite photographic paper for black and white printing as it has a stunningly soft texture and deep matt effect.
Giclee Fine Art Prints
For a more high-end presentation in your home or for public exhibition Gilcee Fine Art printing is the perfect choice.
Giclée fine art prints are made using a specialized high-resolution inkjet printer, that precisely applies tiny droplets of ink to the paper, creating a print that is extremely sharp and detailed.
This method of printing uses archival-quality inks and paper to create a print that will last for many years. The inks used in giclée prints are pigment-based, which means that they are resistant to fading and UV damage. The paper used in giclée prints is also acid-free, which means that it will not yellow or deteriorate over time.
The Giclée Fine Art collection I offer features seven beautiful, tactile prints designed to retain tonality and last. With quality papers from Fujifilm, Hahnemühle and Epson. Each of the seven paper types available varies in thickness, texture and hue, giving you so much choice to discover the right fine art finish for your images.
I can show you the various paper types as part of the printing and framing consultation I offer with all my portrait shoots.
